Father Bernard Lopez is an ordained Catholic Priest.  He has the authority to perform national and international religious ministries including marriage ministry. Father Lopez is also an ordained member in good standing of the International Council of Community Churches, the ALCC, and is authorized to perform ministerial functions that accompany ordination, including officiating in marriage ceremonies. Father Bernard is licensed to perform marriages in New York and throughout the United States.

The ICCC is a council of churches made up of congregations and ministers throughout the United States and overseas.
